- Needs Analysis - Before I can find you a home we need to know what you are looking for. I take the time to discuss your needs and wants so I can pre-select homes that meet your criteria.
- Showings - A lot of effort goes into a day out with me. After I conduct your in-depth needs analysis, I search the MLS and other sources for homes that closely match your criteria. I will only show you homes you have pre-selected - I will never show you homes you aren´t interested in, your time is valuable and so is mine.
- No Fees - As a buyer you do not pay me a fee, my services are free to you. My commission is paid by the Seller's Agent and I do not get paid until you purchase your new home.
- Cancel At Any Time - If you do not like the way I work you can cancel my services at any time.

- Market Analysis - When you have found your dream home I look at recently sold homes in the same area similar to yours to assist you in determining an offer. The difference between a Seller's asking price and what they may actually be willing to accept can sometimes be very different and my experience may save you thousands of dollars!
- Contract Pending - Once you have a contract pending I will closely monitor all lender, inspections, appraisals, title and escrow activities to ensure that everything proceeds to closing.
- Review & Attend Closings - If only I had a penny for every error found on title companies´ official and final paperwork. I know what to look for and can save you time and money by finding these inaccuracies. I will be there with you at closing to ensure everything proceeds smoothly and in your best interests.
